Brand & Kelton-Brand, Ph.D., P.A. is a small, reputable private practice in Clinical Psychology that has been serving individuals, families and organizations in Palm Beach and Broward Counties since 1988. About Arthur Brand, Ph.D.

Arthur Brand, Ph.D.Dr. Arthur Brand received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in child and adolescent Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida in 1985. He received his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida in 1982 and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University in 1979. He completed his predoctoral internship (1984-1985) in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago.

Dr. Arthur Brand has been licensed to practice Psychology in Florida since 1987. In addition to working for two years in a private psychiatric inpatient hospital, Dr. Brand has been in private practice since 1987 with his wife, Ana Kelton-Brand, Ph.D. Both doctors practice in Boca Raton. Dr. Brand conducts evaluations and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults and families. He specializes in treating a broad range of Anxiety and Mood Disorders, behavior problems and family issues as well as evaluating for Gifted Placement, Learning Disorders and AD/HD. Dr. Brand has presented on these and other mental health topics at schools, hospitals, support groups and radio stations.

Dr. Brand is a member of the American Psychological Association, Florida Psychological Association, National Register for Health Providers in Psychology, Anxiety & Depression Association of America, Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, Children with Attention Deficit Disorders (CHADD) and Autism Society of America. Dr Brand is a consultant to the Comprehensive Autism Medical Assessment and Treatment Center of New Jersey.

About Ana Kelton-Brand, Ph.D.

Ana Kelton-Brand, Ph.D.Dr. Ana Kelton-Brand received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida in 1985. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Florida in 1981 and her Bachelor’s degree, also from the University of Florida, in 1978. Dr. Kelton-Brand completed her predoctoral internship (1983-1984) in Child Clinical/Pediatric Psychology at Children’s Memorial Hospital, the pediatric teaching hospital of Northwestern University. She remained at Children’s Memorial Hospital for an additional year as a medical psychologist.

Dr. Kelton-Brand has been licensed to practice Psychology in Florida since 1986. After working at Children’s Psychiatric Center in Hialeah and in the Adolescent Unit at Fair Oaks Hospital, she and her husband, Arthur Brand, Ph.D., established their private practice in Boca Raton in 1987. Dr. Kelton-Brand conducts psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults and families. She specializes in treating a broad range of Anxiety and Mood Disorders, behavior problems, and family issues. She has lectured on mental health topics at schools, hospitals and support groups. Dr. Kelton-Brand is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Kelton-Brand is a member of the American Psychological Association, Florida Psychological Association, National Register for Health Providers in Psychology, Anxiety & Depression Association of America, and Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies.
